EastEnders spoilers follow with a jam-packed picture galley above, previewing next week’s drama in all its juicy glory.
With December officially here, the residents of Walford are trying to get themselves in the festive spirit.
Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) is in her element as she makes The Vic-sponsored Christmas event a big success, but she focuses her priorities elsewhere soon afterwards, unable to resist muscling in when Yolande Trueman’s (Angela Wynter) choir recruitment falls flat.
We predict a new rivalry!
It’s not all festive cheer, however, as Mitch Baker (Roger Griffiths) struggles to focus knowing what Karen and Keanu Taylor (Lorraine Stanley and Danny Walters) did and an accident ensues asa result, with his van hitting Harvey Monroe’s (Ross Boatman) taxi.
Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) isn’t pleased about the incident and demands that Mitch pay up, with Karen taking it upon herself to settle the debt.
Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden), however, realises that the cash contains his marked bills, with Sam (Kim Medcalf) assisting him in getting proof to confirm his theory that Keanu and Karen staged Albie’s kidnap!
Armed with this information, Phil bursts into the Vic to tell Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) the truth, but will he succeed in doing so?
Elsewhere, Denise Fox (Diane Parish) returns home and is horrified to find out that Sam is staying at their place, prompting Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) to launch a charm offensive to get her to forgive him.
More conflict ensues, however, as Denise finds out that Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) is back in town, with Jack having neglected to inform her!
