Keanu and Karen Taylor’s kidnapping plot exposed in EastEnders
The mother-son duo could be exposed by their own ally.
SHARON Watts has no clue that her son Albie was used as a tool in a huge scheme concocted by both Karen and Keanu Taylor.
Unfortunately for them, the EastEnders troublemakers run the risk of being exposed next week on BBC One.
Keanu Taylor (played by Danny Walters) was ready to get revenge on Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) after finding out she’d made plans to leave the Square for Abu Dhabi with their son Albie.
In his haste, he forgot how strongly he felt about the businesswoman and his mother Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley) was just as keen as him to make Sharon pay.
Despite staging a kidnapping ordeal involving his uncle Malcolm (Greg Haiste), Keanu decided to give his relationship with Sharon another chance.
But while all seems well, Karen and Keanu’s relationship was left in shambles after she found out he was ready to tie the knot with Sharon.
However, they could be brought back together again once their plans are on the verge of coming to light.
Malcolm unexpectedly shows up in Albert Square next week – how will they handle it?
Coming up, Mitch Baker (Roger Griffiths) organises a surprise birthday party for Karen in The Vic.
However, he soon becomes suspicious of her cash flow when she agrees to pay for a large drinks tab.
Mitch continues to try and repair the relationship between Karen and Keanu and the pair edge closer to a reconciliation following a heart-to-heart.
Karen and Keanu are stunned to see Malcolm appear at the party and Albie, who should be able to recognise him from his kidnapping ordeal, taking a shine to him
Karen and Keanu panic when Malcolm arrives at the party, fearing his involvement in Albie’s kidnapping will be exposed and their part along with it.
After an innocent chat with Sharon, Malcom is disgusted to learn about what really happened in Karen and Keanu’s staged kidnapping.
Could he talk to Sharon to clear his conscience?
Things go from bad to worse for Keanu and Karen as their kidnapping plan is rumbled by one Walford resident.
Later on, Keanu heads to No. 29B and demands Karen hand over the ransom money but she refuses before the pair are interrupted by Mitch.
Keanu makes a quick exit, but Mitch demands the truth as Karen tearfully reveals all.
Mitch is disgusted to learn about Karen’s involvement in Albie’s kidnapping and insists they must give the money back.
What will Karen decide?
