EastEnders viewers stumped as legendary character ‘goes missing’ during Theo’s reign of terror
EASTENDERS viewers have been left scratching their heads are on legendary character ‘went missing’ during Theo’s reign of terror.
Viewers of the long-running BBC One soap have watched as the school teacher became obsessed with Stacey Slater.
He’s been stalking and harassing the single mother and even moved next door to intimidate her.
However, things came to a head earlier this week in EastEnders when he broke into Stacey’s home while she was alone.
Theo forced himself on Stacey and attempted to rape her in horrifying scenes.
But Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) walked into the family home and saved the day by throwing Theo off Stacey.
Sadly, the lad has been haunted by the knowledge his father, Graham Foster, raped his mother Little Mo and exploded at Theo.
Freddie hit his former teacher with an iron and brutally assaulted him before leaving him for dead on the kitchen floor.
Stacey, Freddie and experienced solicitor Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) quickly gathered round to come up with a solid version of events, insisting the youngster attacked Theo in self-defence.
Freddie was arrested in recent scenes but now fans are asking where Phil Mitchell has been.
He’s now married to Stacey’s cousin Kat Slater – and viewers are sure he would’ve stepped in to protect his extended family.
Taking to social media, one fan said: “Real question is where the f*** is Phil Mitchell when all all this Theo stuff is going on.”
A second wrote: “If Phil had stepped in, none of this aggro would be happening and Theo would be long gone.”
“Phil not getting rid of theo is so unrealistic to me I don’t buy that at all,” said a third.
EastEnders airs on BBC One and iPlayer.
