EastEnders spoilers: Two shocking murder twists confirmed as death rocks Walford
This article contains spoilers from Thursday’s (November 30) episode of EastEnders which has not yet aired on TV but is now available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
Two huge murder twists have been revealed in the most recent episode of EastEnders following Nish Panesar’s (Navin Chowdhry) discovery of wife Suki Panesar’s (Balvinder Sopal) affair with Eve Unwin (Heather Peace).
Having knocked Eve out cold and demanding son Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) to finish her off, Nish continued to demand that Ravi risk everything and kill Eve for him.
When his insistence that Ravi was the only son he could trust wasn’t enough to convince him to commit murder, Nish dropped a huge bombshell: He knew that Ravi had killed Ranveer.
Several months ago, Denise Fox (Diane Parish) uncovered footage of Ravi killing Ranveer, and quickly confronted him and Suki about it.
Though Ravi denied it, Suki believed Denise, but seemingly had no luck in convincing Nish of the truth.
When she tried to persuade him that son Kheerat, who had gone to prison for the crime believing that Suki was responsible, was innocent, Nish turned violent and forced her to drop her accusations against Ravi, claiming that if he thought for a second that Ravi was to blame then he’d have gone to the police himself.
Now, it turns out that Nish did know the truth, but had deliberately chosen to keep it hidden.
With this leverage over him, Ravi had no choice but to do Nish’s bidding, and was soon driving a bound and gagged Eve to the woods.
However, Eve wasn’t prepared to give in easily, and soon made a run for it. When Ravi finally caught up, she lashed out, but he had soon overpowered her.
As she pleaded for her life, she pointed out that by killing her, Ravi would leave himself in the position to be controlled by Nish for the rest of his life.
Unable to go through with killing her, Ravi insisted that she run away and never come back, or risk Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) and Suki getting hurt as well.
He warned her that he had killed before, and devastated Eve realised she had no choice but to get away, leaving soulmate Suki behind forever.
Is this the last we’ve seen of Eve?
Back in Albert Square, Ravi pretended to Nish that the job was done, and the Panesar patriarch seemed overjoyed, as he expressed his devotion to his son.
Will his decision come back to bite Ravi?
