Initiating a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team within 180 days of receiving your item. Reach out via our Contact Us page or directly through email at [email protected]. To expedite your request, include:
- The full name on the order
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing any defects or problems
- Your preference: refund or replacement
Important: Orders with customer-submitted errors (e.g. spelling mistakes, incorrect image uploads, or incorrect product selections) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for non-sale items only. To qualify, items must:
- Be in original condition
- Remain unwashed and unworn
- Include original tags
- Be accompanied by the sales receipt
Any item not meeting these criteria may be denied a refund or exchange.

We cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged or defective. No fees will be charged to you in these cases.
How to Return Your Order

Include a printed copy of your original purchase confirmation inside your return package. Ship the item using a courier or your local postal service, and share the tracking number with us via email. - Confirmation & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Replacements (if selected) will be shipped following our standard handling time.
Notes on Timing
Orders must be returned within 180 calendar days from the date you received them. Please remember that shipping time is not included in the return window.
