These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation for up to 180 days. Failing resolution, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in California, conducted in English.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and Anotamos.
