At Anotamos, we get it—plans change, and sometimes you spot a mistake right after you click “Buy.” That’s why we offer a simple, no-hassle 24-hour window for order changes or cancellations.


Need to Cancel or Modify an Order?

If you’d like to cancel or make changes to your order (such as adjusting the item, quantity, size, or shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once we receive your request within the 24-hour window, we’ll update or cancel your order at no charge and confirm it via email.


After 24 Hours

Once your order passes the 24-hour mark, it enters processing or production and cannot be canceled or altered. Many of our products are custom-made or packed quickly to ensure prompt delivery, which limits our ability to intercept the process after this point.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Anotamos is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, you may be required to pay a reshipping fee.
