EastEnders spoilers: Jay death fears, Gina bombshell and Walford resident ‘returns’
Jay continues to downward spiral and he gets involved in an accident. Gina hits out at the Mitchells for their treatment of Jay as Cindy becomes involved with a familiar face
EastEnders viewers can expect the drama to reach new heights next week.
Jay wakes up after a night filled with alcohol and drugs and he confesses all to Billy, however keeps quiet about Nadine. Despite Billy’s best efforts to rally the family together, things take a turn when Ben reveals that Jay slept with Nadine, unaware that Lexi is listening.
After a failed attempt at making amends, Jay picks up drugs before Gina confiscates them and offers him a bed for the night at The Vic. The next day, Ben and Gina find Jay unconscious on the sofa having taken more drugs and Billy orders him out of their lives for good.
Later, the police arrive at The Vic looking for Jay’s next-of-kin as its revealed he’s been in an accident. Gina blames George and the Mitchell’s for their treatment of Jay, and heads to the wrong hospital in search of him.
Across the square, Cindy meets with the other bidder for the pawnshop and suggests splitting their offer to go into business together. Ian is reluctant, but Cindy asks him to trust her as the mystery buyer is an ex-resident of Walford
