BBC EastEnders’ Keanu fate ‘sealed’ in new Sharon wedding filming snaps amid Christmas plot

EastEnders looks set for explosive scenes as new filming snaps have appeared to show Sharon Watts and Keanu Taylor’s wedding ahead of the explosive Christmas whodunnit plot.

This Christmas, one male character will be killed off in scenes at The Queen Vic, which sees Stacey Slater alongside Suki Panesar, Kathy Beale, Denise Fox, Sharon and Linda Carter standing over a dead body. One of the women are tipped to be the killer while details of what happens and who dies remain unknown but the victim is wearing amber cufflinks.

And now details surrounding the festive episodes have been teased in new filming snaps as Sharon star Letitia Dean is seen wearing the wedding dress her character wears in the Christmas flashforward while Keanu star Danny Walters is seen wearing a smart suit with a Champagne-coloured tie, hinting that he is the groom as suspected by soap fans.

Elsewhere, in the pictures obtained by The Sun, it sees Kellie Bright, who plays Linda Carter, on set in the pink outfit her character wears in the flashforward. While Denise Fox star Diane Parish and Kathy Beale star Gillian Taylforth are seen during the filming in their character’s flashforward outfits.

The filming snaps have understandably got soap fans excited as they took to social media to share their theories, pointing out that Keanu star Danny, 30, has his hands hidden, speculating that he could be wearing the amber cufflinks therefore his character is the dead body this Christmas.

One person said: “Keanu’s hiding his hands behind his back because he’s got the cufflinks hasn’t he?! #Eastenders #Christmas”, a different account put: “Keanu and Sharon seem to be getting married His arms are behind his back in the photo! Putting two and two together I think he’s the body #EastEnders” while another fan added: “Keanu his hiding his hands behind his back. Cufflinks???”

It comes as viewers have seen Keanu’s mum Karen heavily encourage her son to marry Sharon in a bid to get her money as revenge for messing him about. However, Keanu insisted he just wanted a relationship with their son, Albie. However, after learning that Sharon plans to move abroad with their son for a year, Keanu has had a change of heart and has agreed to his mother’s plan.
