BBC EastEnders fans fear for George Knight as Dean Wicks left for dead

EastEnders' latest episode ended with a brutal showdown that led to rapist Dean Wicks tumbling down the stairs after being attacked by George Knight on the BBC soap

EastEnders fans were worried for one character, after Dean Wicks was sent flying down the stairs by George Knight on the BBC soap.

Dean was confronting Linda Carter upstairs in The Queen Vic, having accused her of being behind the graffiti on his restaurant earlier on. Viewers saw a mystery character carry out the vandalism on the front of the building on Thursday night.

On Monday, Dean was furious to find the word ‘rapist’ on his business’ window. Dean raped Linda Carter on the BBC soap back in 2014, but he got away with the crime.

Dean left a couple of years after, but recently he returned to Walford and claimed the pair had has consensual sex, and that Linda was lying. Now, he’s refusing to leave despite Walford residents wanting him gone, and he is making Linda’s life hell.

But the character was left lifeless on Monday night, as Cindy Beale and George Knight came across him taunting Linda upstairs, having claimed he wanted to speak with her about their feud. Things got heated and Dean goaded George at the top of the stairs.

George lost his temper and smacked Dean across the face, causing Dean to lose his balance. Dean tripped and fell down the stairs, landing at the bottom.

Cindy, Linda and George ran down in shock fearing he was dead, as he remained lifeless on the floor. Viewers tuning into the episode admitted they were “worried for George” as the latest twist aired.
