BBC EastEnders fans ‘rumble’ identity of Albie’s real father in DNA twist after health news

EastEnders viewers think they have worked out a huge DNA twist, and who the ‘real father’ of youngster Albie Watts could be.

Fans are predicting Keanu Taylor may soon find out he is not the biological dad of Sharon Watts’ son Albie, following spoilers revealing a worrying health twist was on the way. Some hospital test results linked to Albie will spark concern with his parents, and lead to them getting tested too for a mystery issue.

Now, fans are predicting it will lead to a bombshell DNA twist that could explode Keanu and Sharon’s world, and lead to another resident being named as Albie’s dad. Albie was recently at the centre of a shocking kidnap plot, while the full truth is yet to be revealed. Next week, spoilers reveal there’s more trouble ahead after Albie is taken to hospital.

It seems he is taken in for a check-up after he’s found safe, with doctors running some tests. But Sharon learns some upsetting news next week when someone at the hospital rings her with some news.

She’s told she needs to make an urgent appointment with them to discuss Albie’s test results. Keanu tries to reassure Sharon as they anxiously prepare for Albie’s hospital appointment, but Sharon can’t help but fear for her son after recent events.

Keanu ends up being late so Sharon goes in alone to hear what the doctor has to say. What she is told leaves her stunned, with Keanu also soon learning some shocking news.

In the fallout, the agree to have tests themselves in relation to Albie’s results – but what have they revealed? Viewers are now guessing the tests will either confirm Keanu is not the baby’s father, or that a health issue will reveal the same twist.

If Keanu isn’t the dad, fans think it has to be Phil Mitchell who is Albie’s real father given she and Phil were married at the time she fell pregnant – despite him seemingly being ruled out years ago. Taking to Twitter, fans suspected Phil will be confirmed as Albie’s dad after the hospital drama next week.
