BBC EastEnders fans work out Eve’s love interest Tessa’s real identity in Suki twist
EastEnders fans are convinced they've rumbled the identity of Eve's new love interest Tessa in a shock twist involving Suki and Nish Panesar
EastEnders fans have worked out Eve’s new love interest’s real identity in a huge twist.
Tonight, Tessa was seen asking Eve out on a date after bumping into her at the kebab shop. Whilst Eve initially turned her down, Tessa left her phone number for Eve and said if she ever changed her mind, the offer was still there for food or a drink.
Later in the episode, after some encouragement from Martin, Eve decided to meet up with Tessa but was left flustered when she saw Suki, Nish and their family head into the same restaurant that they had planned for their date. It was clear that both Eve and Suki still have feelings for one another – but will they end up together one day?

Spoilers for next week on the BBC soap have confirmed that Suki makes a big decision. After seeing Priya and Nish kiss, Suki is struggling when she notices Eve and Tessa very happy together. Wanting more people around, she tells Nish to give Priya another chance, whilst secretly happy that that means less alone time with Nish.
Vinny privately asks Suki why she is so forgiving, she admits to him she’s very unhappy in her marriage and hates Nish. Vinny tells Suki that if she wants to be with Eve, he won’t be the one to stand in her way. Privately, she speaks to Eve and admits that Vinny has given them his blessing to be together. But whilst happy with Tessa, Eve is adamant she doesn’t want to go back to a closeted relationship.
It leads Suki to make a decision that she wants to leave Nish and be with Eve. She writes a goodbye letter to Nish and makes a last chance plea to Eve to come with her – but will the be able to be together?

Some fans are adamant they’ve now worked out a twist, and are worried Tessa isn’t actually who she says she is. Could she be working with Nish to expose Suki and Eve’s romance by pushing them together?
Navin Chowdry – who plays Nish – exclusively told The Mirror earlier this summer that things would definitely turn “nuclear” when Nish finds out about Suki’s relationship with Eve and that he’s been cheated on.
“When Nish finds out, I think it’s going to be absolutely nuclear. It’s going to be awful on so many levels. In his own head, he feels betrayed, cheated and lied to and humiliated,” he explained of what’s to come, “A narcissist like Nish can’t cope with that kind of stuff happening to him. I think, expect some big things if or when he comes out.”
