BBC EastEnders’ Nish Panesar’s fate revealed as villain returns to Walford after Christmas attack
EastEnders' Nish Panesar makes his big return to Walford next week on the BBC soap, with spoilers and pictures showing him back on the Square after the events of Christmas Day
EastEnders has teased Nish Panesar’s show future, with him back in Walford after weeks in a coma.
Spoiler images for next week on the BBC soap show him up on his feet, as he makes his way back to Walford. The villain was almost killed on Christmas Day during the big twist involving The Six, but it was Keanu Taylor who fell victim to the murder plot.
Nish’s wife Suki Panesar, Denise Fox, Kathy Beale, Sharon Watts, Linda Carter and Stacey Slater found themselves embroiled in violent scenes over Christmas, that ended with Linda killing Keanu. Linda stabbed Keanu in a bid to save her best friend Sharon, Keanu’s partner, after he began strangling her during a showdown.
Keanu’s body is now hidden in the burnt out café, while upcoming scenes see the women forced to move the corpse. Something else happened on Christmas Day though, that ended with Nish lifeless on the floor of the pub.

Denise smashed Nish over the head with a glass bottle, after he tried to drag wife Suki out of the pub after she vowed to end their marriage. Nish turned violent and in order to stop Nish leaving with a terrified Suki, Denise attacked him.
Nish has been in a coma ever since, and while it was confirmed he had survived the attack questions remained. We did not know if he would wake up and what condition he would be in, or if there would be any permanent injuries.
It also wasn’t known whether Nish would remember what happened to him, and if he would tear apart The Six’s claims that Keanu attacked him and then fled the scene. It still isn’t known what the deal is, but it is confirmed that Nish is back in Walford.

He shares scenes with Suki as well as newcomer Priya, while pictures show him using a walking stick. Priya helps him out of a cab, seemingly coming back home from the hospital.
She also holds onto him in another image as if to support him, as he slowly walks away from the cab and likely heads home for the first time since the events of Christmas Day. But given how things were left with his family and Suki on that day, with him attacking her and his son Ravi Gulati, will the Panesars welcome him home?
