BBC EastEnders viewers rumble Zack will die at Christmas in shocking Whitney twist
Some fans of the BBC soap are convinced EastEnders will see the death of Zack this Christmas with his partner Whitney involved in the killing ahead of her upcoming exit
EastEnders viewers are convinced they’ve rumbled a huge twist that will see Zack die this Christmas.
One unknown man will be killed this festive season in a shocking murder twist on the Square this festive season. On Sharon’s wedding day, somehow The Six women – Linda, Denise, Suki, Kathy, Stacey and Sharon – will find themselves embroiled in a huge murder as a body lies dead on the floor of the Queen Vic pub, but who killed them, and what led up to their death?
Now some fans are convinced Zack could die this Christmas in a harrowing twist, with his partner Whitney a part of the death. Shona McGarty, who plays Whitney, is leaving the show, but could it be a part of the Christmas storyline?

Taking to Reddit, one fan theorised: “On connecting them you can get close to link all six to a man with Phil or Martin but that doesn’t connect all of them (and you can’t find that isn’t in the room to connect them too).
“But what you can find a couple that bridges all six women and that couple happens to be Zack and Whitney. Zack bridges… Sharon (his brother), Kathy (was Gavin’s son so Kathy was his step mother), and Suki (because he’s Ravi’s only friend). Whitney…Linda (married to Lee so Linda was her step mother), Stacey (because Whitney is Lily’s aunt), Denise (best friends with Chelsea).”
Another responded: “Killing off Zack or Whitney or both would be so tragic but that would be classic EE,” whilst a second shared: “Zack really does have a lot of people connected to him too even through his family connection to Sharon. It would bring in a whole group of different characters and can domino effect into getting a large amount of the square involved.”
However, another viewer disagreed, as they shared: “Part of me thinks Whitney will be involved in the Christmas storyline. But apparently, this storyline is going to go on until the 40th anniversary. So maybe she won’t be involved. I do see a tragic end for Whitney, though. As I don’t really see a happy ending for her. Zack won’t be the Christmas victim.”
