Not too long ago, Sharon and Keanu were heading steadfast towards tying the knot of holy matrimony on EastEnders. But when has life ever been that simple in Walford for anyone? Right before locking in the venue, Lisa came back with Peggy and created a storm in Keanu’s life. Ultimately, Sharon stepped in and helped Lisa take Peggy back home away from Walford forever. Unfortunately, this accosted Sharon her love-life with Keanu.
Now, Sharon is on the verge of packing up and moving to Abu Dhabi with son Albie on EastEnders. Dorian has promised to set her up there with a new job and new life. However, when she informed Keanu about her plans, he hit the roof. Later, Karen tried to push Keanu into duping Sharon out of all her wealth by faking a romance with her. But he refused to take her money, stating that he only cared about his son. But the latest spoilers reveal that he will change his mind!
In a recent episode, Sharon confided to Kathy that she is still in love with Keanu on EastEnders. However, Kathy tried to show her the light by reminding her that her mo used to say Sharon’s heart will be the reason of her downfall. Sadly, it looks like the words are about to come true. When Sharon told Keanu that she will fly him out to Abu Dhabi to meet Albie, and that he can continue running The Arches, he felt belittled. This fueled him to take his mother’s mean advise seriously.
He returned home and told Karen that he is in on her plan on EastEnders. Later, when he heard from George Knight that the match at the gym had been fixed by Dorian, he went to see Sharon at her office. Over a nightcap, he informed her what he had heard. When Sharon asked her why he was helping, he admitted that he still had feelings for her. Moreover, he asked her if it was too late for them. The two them embraced. Looks like Keanu is already succeeding in his plan.
