EastEnders: Alfie Returns To Walford With Shocking News
Regular viewers of EastEnders would remember that Alfie Moon abruptly vanished from the BBC One soap, when he left Walford unannounced and headed off to Spain. Considering that he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer right ahead of his departure, fans started to fear that they had seen already seen the last of him. However, Chris Clenshaw, as well as, Shane Richie (Alfie), both confirmed that Alfie would return. In fact, Shane also hinted that their will be a lot of drama related to him upon his homecoming.
As promised, EastEnders spoilers reveal that Alfie indeed will return to Walford in the week of November 13, 2023. Once he is back home, he and Linda head straight to the hospital to get his PSA tests, to see if he really is cancer-free or not. While he waits on the reports, Alfie decides to visit his former love, Kat. During their conversation, Kat lashes at him for disappearing like that. She reprimands him for abandoning their boys yet again. However, she immediately softens towards him, when he opens up to her about his health.
While Kat and Alfie are in the middle of an intense conversation, Phil Mirchel walks in on them on EastEnders. Seeing them together, instantly instills a burning fear in him. You see, Alfie is not the only one to be keeping secrets from Kat. In fact, her new husband, Phil is keeping a far bigger and worse secret from her. One that Alfie is well aware of. Thus, later, Phil corners Alfie and asks him if he intends to tell Kat about Phil’s hook-up with Emma Harding. Much to his relief, Alfie assures him that he has no intentions of exposing his betrayal to Kat. After all, his hands are full with his own problems right now!
But can Alfie really keep his word to Phil? EastEnders spoilers reveal that Kat will step up to be a huge support for Alfie as he awaits his results.
