Dean Wick’s surprising and bold return to EastEnders makes for a thrilling watch for the fans. However, the same can’t be said for the residents of Walford. They are anything but thrilled at his return to town. But then, Dean isn’t taking any particular pleasure in it either. Even though he has joined forces with Cindy and Ian Beale for business. He still maintains that it is by necessity and not desire.
As it turns out, his long lost daughter – Jade Green is sick and admitted in a hospital close to home on EastEnders. Thus, he has returned to Walford and entered into business with the Beale’s to stay close to her. And also pay for her medical expenses. Now, the latest spoilers reveal that the Wick family will grow in Walford, when Jade is reintroduced into the story in the upcoming episodes.
It has been seven years since we saw Jade last on EastEnders. So it will be quite interesting to see how she has grown as a character over the years. Moreover, what her rapport with her father will be like. The spoilers reveal that Dean wants to rebuild his broken connection with his daughter. However, initially, Jade rejects his efforts. Later, she befriends Gina Knight when they meet at The Vic. The two have a conversation about absentee parents, and she decides to give Dean another chance.
Will Dean Manage To Maintain A Relationship With Jade on EastEnders?
Unfortunately, their father-daughter bonding session is bombed when Linda and Keanu arrive there on EastEnders. Apparently, Dean sent Linda a taunting snapshot of himself with her little son- Ollie. Given their history, Linda was understandably disturbed by it. No mother wants to see her baby bonding with her rapist! Thus, she -supported by Keanu confront Dean and ask for an explanation. Things become all the more worse when in a ft of rage Keanu tells Jade that her father is a sex offender.
Jade is left stunned when she finds out about what Dean did to Linda on EastEnders. Disturbed by the information, she decides to cut ties with her father and leave Walford yet again.
