In the recent past, EastEnders has caught us off guard many times with several unexpected twists and turns. However, the next shocker coming our way is absolutely unfathomable. So brace yourselves, as this may be startling. Jay is really spiraling out of control these days. No matter how hard he tries, he just can’t come to terms with Lola’s death. As a result, he started leaning on Nadine and drugs to cope with his heartache. This has pushed him father away from his friends, family and loved one. Ultimately causing him to leave Walford, driving away under the influence of Ketamine. Which in turn gets him in a terrible car crash!
The EastEnders spoilers reveal that although Jay has been rushed to the hospital, his life is hanging in the balance. The jury is still out on whether or not he will survive his injuries on EastEnders. However, actor Jamie Borthwick may have given away a massive spoiler! Unfortunately, the ultimate fate of his character may not leave the fans very happy. Much to fan shock, Jamie took to his official Instagram account to confirm that Jay passes away in the aftermath of his recent car-crash on the BBC One soap!
Jamie Borthwick posted a special message on his social media bidding goodbye to his EastEnders character, Jay Brown. “Rip Jay… gonna miss you lad we had a laugh didn’t we,” he wrote with a yesteryear’s picture of the character. The post has sent fans in a frenzy. They have set several social media portals on fire trying to figure out if Jay really does die, or if the message posted by Jamie is a joke. The October 25, 2023, episode ended on a cliffhanger, showing Jay fighting for his life.
Unfortunately, no spoilers or hints from the makers of soap are giving away Jay’s ultimate fate. But honestly, can EastEnders really kill him? Can they do this to Lexi?
