EastEnders reveals Keanu aftermath as The Six plan to move his body

What will they do?

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders has revealed the aftermath of Keanu Taylor’s murder, with The Six planning to move his body.

The Christmas Day episode saw the flashforward mystery finally solved as it was revealed that the mystery dead body was in fact Keanu, who had been stabbed by Linda Carter as he tried to strangle Sharon Watts.

The Six — Linda Carter, Sharon Watts, Suki Panesar, Stacey Slater, Denise Fox and Kathy Cotton — have since been wondering how they conceal the crime, with the scenes on January 8 depicting their efforts to move the body.

The group are shocked as builders arrive at the café to begin restoration work, with Suki desperately trying to stall them as an emotional Linda begins to break down. Stacey subsequently tries to be an emotional support to Linda.

Later in the week, Denise attempts to initiate the next stage of the plan but is stopped by Jack as he introduces her to his daughter Penny, who has just returned to Walford after several years abroad.

Linda is still struggling to cope with her actions, drowning her sorrows at The Vic, with Denise not best pleased with her behaviour. Kathy, sensing an argument could be brewing, intervenes and tells the group to think clearly.

The Six later regroup at the café to enact their plan; will they be able to avoid suspicion and get away with the crime?

The dramatic storyline saw the end of Danny Walters’ stint as Keanu, with the star recently revealing it was hard to keep the storyline a secret: “It’s been extremely difficult! I’ve been very deceitful to my friends and my family and have made many excuses,” he said.

“I wanted the storyline to have as much impact as possible for the audience, so I’ve tried my best to keep everything a secret and hopefully that’s paid off. The writing in the script was fantastic – every character had such a great storyline throughout the whole episode.”
