Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) recently made the decision to leave abusive husband Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) to start a new life with soulmate Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) in upcoming EastEnders scenes, but could he be set to put a stop to it?
After leaving a note for Nish to explain that she was leaving him, Suki made one last ditch attempt to persuade Eve to come with her, and fans everywhere rejoiced as Eve agreed.
however, with Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) currently dealing with sinister stalker Theo Hawthorne’s (William Ellis) plea hearing, Eve suggested that they wait a few more hours, leaving Suki with no choice but to intercept the letter.
Thankfully, she got to it before Nish could, but that hadn’t stopped other prying eyes from taking a peek.
It soon became clear that new houseguest Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Levy Khan) had read the contents of the letter, and was prepared to tell Nish everything if it meant getting him back on side.
Horrified that Priya would end up dropping Vinny (Shiv Jalota) in it with Nish, Suki offered her £2000 to stay quiet.
When Priya called Suki’s bluff by inviting Nish to join their conversation, Suki had no choice but to accept Priya’s demands of £3000.
Suki explained to Eve that she had sorted things out, and that she had taken her advice to take money from the call centre to pay Priya off.
Unfortunately, things were about to take a turn for the worse as she met Priya in their arranged spot opposite McClunky’s.
As she was about to hand over the money, she got a call from Nish, asking where she was.
Suki covered by saying that she was at the Minute Mart buying things to make dinner, but what she didn’t realise was that Nish was watching her from inside McClunky’s…
We know that Nish is a dangerous man, having killed a man who he believed Suki had been having an affair with.

Has Nish somehow caught wind of her plan, and what lengths will he go to to put a stop to it?
