EastEnders spoilers: Karen returns, George’s dad plan ‘exposed’ and sudden exit

EastEnders fans will be greeted with two familiar faces as both Karen and George’s father Eddie return next week.

As Bernie attempts to get her job back, things take a turn when she accidentally plays an old voice note from Keanu before Karen arrives. She is determined to get some answers about Christmas as Kathy and Stacey team up to convince her of their version of events.

Worried that Karen is a threat to their freedom, Kathy decides to call the police to report Karen for Albie’s kidnapping. Elsewhere, Eddie returns and Gina isn’t buying her grandad’s nice guy act.

Later, Eddie receives a call from Gloria and reveals everything is going to plan as it becomes clear Eddie is up to something. Meanwhile Alfie leaves the Square after his last round of cancer treatment.
