Q 1: How do I locate a product quickly?
A: Use the Search bar at the top of any page, or explore the categories in our main menu.
Q 2: Can I save items I like?
A: Yes! Click “Add to Wishlist.” All saved products live under My Account › Wishlist for easy access later.
Q 3: How do I know if something is in stock?
A:
- In stock: You’ll see an Add to Cart button.
- Out of stock: A box appears so you can sign up for an email alert as soon as it’s back.
Q 4: Must I create an account to place an order?
A: No—Guest Checkout is available. An account simply adds perks like order history, saved addresses and member-only offers.
💳 Payments
Q 5: Which payment options do you accept?
A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and most major debit cards.
Q 6: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. Anotamos uses 256-bit SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant, so your card data travels and is stored securely.
Q 7: How do I apply a coupon code?
A: Enter the code in the “Coupon / Gift Card” field at checkout and hit Apply.
Q 8: What if my payment fails?

A: Continental United States only (we’re working to expand service).

Q 11: Can I edit or cancel my order?
A: Yes—within 24 hours of placing it. Phone +1 (432) 237-3789 or email [email protected] (Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.–6 :30 p.m. EST). After 24 hours the item is usually in production or en route; if so, simply wait for delivery and use our 180-day return policy.

Q 12: What is your return window?
A: A generous 180 days from the delivery date for most non-sale items in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
Q 13: Who pays the return shipping?
A: We do—approved returns and one size/color exchange per order are free. You’ll receive a prepaid label.
Q 14: How do I send an item back?
- Start a request via Contact Us or email [email protected] with your order number.
- We’ll email you a prepaid label plus step-by-step instructions.
- Pack the item (include the invoice) and drop it off.
Q 15: Can I swap a size or color?
A: Yes—first-time size or color exchanges are free. Let us know the variant you need; we’ll dispatch the replacement once the original is scanned in transit.
💵 Refunds
Q 16: When will my refund appear?
A:
- Once the return reaches our warehouse, we process the refund within 2 business days.
- Your bank or PayPal typically posts the credit 5–10 business days later.
Expect the full cycle to take 7–12 business days.
Q 17: What if the item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Snap a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund—your choice—and you won’t pay return postage for our mistake.
