Order Exchanges
Double-check everything—your size, design, and order quantity—before you complete your purchase. We do not offer exchanges due to incorrect selections, as each product is made to order. However, if you catch an error early, you have a 24-hour grace period to cancel your order and place a new one.

Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem—as long as it’s within 24 hours of purchase.
To cancel your order, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing it. We will issue a full refund at no extra cost.
After that window, your order will have entered production and cannot be canceled, since all items are custom-made specifically for you.
Returns and Refunds
We allow returns and refund requests for up to 180 days from the delivery date. Requests outside this time frame will not be accepted.
Eligible situations for a return and refund include:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The design, size, or material does not match your order
- You received the wrong product
- The item differs significantly from the description
Non-refundable scenarios:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Minor defects like loose threads that are repairable
- Items missing original tags
- Issues not resulting from our mistake
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Submitting a Refund Claim
To request a return or refund, email [email protected] and include the following:
- Your order number or receipt
- Proof of purchase (e.g., confirmation email or invoice)
- Clear photos or videos of the defect or issue
- Screenshots of any related email correspondence
Do not ship the item until you receive a confirmation email from us with return instructions and the proper return address. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirming its arrival. We’ll then process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will include your full order amount and original shipping cost.
If you haven’t received the refund within 10 to 15 business days, check with your credit card provider or bank. Processing times may vary by institution.
