Refund Policy

At Anotamos, we want every customer to feel confident and supported—before, during, and after every order. While we strive to get everything right the first time, we understand that returns, cancellations, and refund requests may occasionally arise. The following policy outlines how we handle those situations.


Cancellations: Change of Mind Happens

We allow order cancellations within 24 hours of placement—absolutely free of charge.

Here’s how to cancel:

  • Send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Include your full name and order number.
  • We’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund, including shipping.

After 24 hours, orders are transferred to production or fulfillment and can no longer be canceled. Many of our products are made-to-order, and once that process begins, cancellation is no longer feasible.


Exchanges: How to Get the Right Order

We do not offer direct exchanges for errors in size, design, or quantity. Please double-check your selections before finalizing your purchase. If you’ve made a mistake, we recommend canceling within 24 hours and placing a new order. Our support team is always happy to assist if you need help navigating this process.


Return-Based Refunds

You may return an item within 180 days of receiving it, provided it meets our eligibility criteria. Refunds will only be granted for products that fall under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund If:

  • Items arrive damaged, broken, or defective due to production or shipping
  • Received products are significantly different from the description or selected specifications (size, design, material, etc.)
  • You received the wrong item

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Products missing original tags
  • Minor, cosmetic thread issues
  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
  • Items reported after the 180-day return period

Required for a Refund Request

Please provide all the following when contacting us at [email protected]:

  • Order number and shipping label or receipt
  • Clear photos of the defect or issue
  • Proof of purchase
  • Screenshots of related email communications (if applicable)

The Refund Process

  1. Submit a request by contacting our support team.
  2. We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. If your return is approved, we will send you a return address.
  4. Do not send items without confirmation.
  5. Include tracking information once shipped.

All returned items must be sent in original packaging and condition.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return cost: 0.00$
For eligible returns involving defects or fulfillment errors, we will fully cover return shipping.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved:

  • We will issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
  • Processing typically takes 2 business days after receipt.
  • Refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you haven’t seen the refund after 15 days, please contact your bank directly before reaching out again.


Additional Information

  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly on Anotamos.com.
  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
  • We do not accept returns from APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the continental U.S.
  • We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in return transit—please use a trackable return service.
