- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
(Eastern Standard Time | GMT -5:00 | New York Time) - Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Give it 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package and activate tracking updates.
- Still don’t see updates? Check your spam/junk folder or wait a bit longer before reaching out.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay shipping or result in the package being lost.
- If a package is returned due to a wrong address, it may be discarded by our logistics partners.
- A re-shipping fee will be charged if you’d like us to send it again.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Packages redirected or forwarded after shipping
Custom Orders
If you’ve placed a customized order, extra time may be needed to prepare your design. The design period depends on the complexity of your request. Our team will notify you of any significant delays.
Holiday Closures
We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. Postal Holidays:
- New Year’s Day (Jan 1)
- Presidents’ Day (Feb 17)
- Memorial Day (May 26)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (Sept 1)
