There’s hints about what could cause the looming fire stunt at Kathy Beale’s café, as an issue with the venue could leave lives in danger. There’s also danger ahead for little Albie Watts, as the tot goes missing amid Keanu Taylor’s plan against Sharon Watts.
Viewers will also see Linda Carter face a massive shock on Halloween, as her family rally around her in her time of need. EastEnders villain Nish Panesar threatens Rocky Cotton next week, ahead of his exit from the BBC soap. Rocky, who will leave the show in a mystery storyline in the coming months, recently accepted a money loan from Nish after his gambling got out of control. With him losing thousands of pounds and wanting to keep it from wife Kathy Beale, he turned to Nish for help.
But Nish issues a threat next week after expecting back more money then he gave him. As Rocky admits he has no way of paying Nish back the cash, he asks Nish for lower repayments but Nish isn’t having it.
Nish explains to a downcast Rocky that there are hefty financial penalties for changing the terms of their contract, leaving him in a panic. Things only get worse though, when Nish finds out about Rocky’s gambling and his lies.
Instead of paying Nish back, Rocky has been gambling all his money again and this leaves Nish furious. He warns Rocky that if he doesn’t get his money that day, he’ll tell Kathy everything – so is Rocky about to be exposed?

EastEnders airs a child kidnap twist next week, as one couple fear for the safety of their young son. Little Albie goes missing leaving his parents Sharon Watts and Keanu Taylor fearing the worst, amid a sinister revenge plan. Sharon fears new enemy Dorian could be behind the abduction, given he threatens her and her son in the lead-up.
But Sharon remains unaware that partner Keanu is actually using her, getting payback for her limiting contact between him and his son. Keanu is trying to steal everything she has including Albie, teaming up with his mother Karen Taylor.
So what has happened to Albie, and who is involved? It comes amid Keanu’s plan to take Albie only for his son to go missing. After Dorian threatens Sharon in the week, Keanu is on hand to protect her and sends him packing.
But there’s fears he’s only made matters worse next week, as spoilers reveal Keanu takes Albie to the park and the child vanishes. Keanu tells Sharon that he had his back turned for a few seconds, and Albie has gone.
Soon the police arrive in Walford to search for Albie, launching an investigation into his disappearance. It’s soon hinted that Albie may not have wandered off and may have been taken.
Shock return?

It was revealed this weekend that Dean is returning to the BBC soap, after actor Matt Di Angelo ‘s Walford comeback was accidentally leaked by a co-star in a backstage video.
While EastEnders are yet to confirm the news, fans spotted Matt, 36, in the background of a filming video posted on TikTok. Prior to this, fans had long speculated Linda’s rapist and former brother-in-law Dean would be back for the Christmas whodunnit.
