THE EastEnders murder weapon has been ‘revealed’ after fans spotted a clue in flash forward episode – but did you see it?
Fans have been trying to figure out the mystery dead male that was on the floor of the Queen Vic back in February.
Viewers of the BBC show haven’t got long to wait because they will find out on Christmas Day – which will either be Keanu Taylor, Dean Wicks, Rocky Cotton, Ravi Gulati, Jack Branning, Phil Mitchell or Nish Panesar.
Some will probably not have noticed that the knight in the pub is missing it’s sword in the flash forward instalment back in February.
Many took to X to point it out.
One wrote: “The knight looks different this time around? The way it’s positioned and it has a scarf or something am I going mad? Is it a clue? #eastenders.”
Another added: “Okay I think I know who the killer is. As per my prediction I believe it is Sharon. I think she pushes the victim into the knight’s sword and that explains the small patch of blood on her dress from where the sword exited.”
A third chimed in: “I’ve figured out the murder weapon – it’s the knight’s sword. In tonight’s episode, we see a shot of the pub, and the knight clearly has the sword in his hand. In the Christmas flashforward, he doesn’t have the sword in his hand.”
“So the sword is missing on Christmas Day so if that’s the murder weapon that means Stacey Linda and Denise Reason linda just walks in can’t have got to the sword Stacey I think tries to stop the killer and cuts her hand up trying to stop them,” a fourth added.
It comes after other fans have ‘ruled out’ two potential Christmas Day murder victims.
One comment made during the episode earlier this year will have totally gone over some viewer’s heads.
Moments before the flash, Sharon said: “To men… May they get what they deserve.”
To which the rest of the women replied: “Cheers!”
Some took to social media to point out that Phil Mitchell and Jack Branning don’t deserve to do because they aren’t as bad as the others.
Although they did cheat on their partners, the likes of Nish and Ravi are murderers.
Keanu wanted to kidnap his son Albie, Dean raped Linda and Rocky had a problem with gambling.
