EastEnders spoilers: Sinister Eddie Knight hides another dark secret but what is he plotting?

Following the arrival of George Knight’s (Colin Salmon) adoptive parents in EastEnders, fans quickly realised Eddie (Christoper Fairbank) was hiding something.

Eddie and Gloria (Elizabeth Counsell) made their way to Albert Square at the start of George’s new storyline. They broke the news to him that he was adopted via a process called child farming, causing George to face the reality he actually didn’t know much about his heritage.

Eddie has also caused trouble by clashing with Cindy (Michelle Collins) and Gina (Francesca Henry), leaving fans convinced he was keeping another secret from his son.

Coming up, Eddie arrives at the pub with news that he’s won an award for championing diversity in boxing. George is proud, but Gina isn’t convinced by Eddie’s new ‘nice guy’ act.

Aware Gina is irritated by Eddie, George takes him for a tour of the Square and bump into Denzel (Jaden Ladega), who is training at the Boxing Den.

Eddie encourages George to get into the ring with Denzel as they try and improve his form.

Later, Avani (Aaliyah James) arrives and joins Denzel in the ring, but it’s not long before Eddie’s tough approach causes Denzel to insult Avani, prompting her to dash out.

Back in the pub, while Yolande (Angela Wynter) chats to Denzel about his new focus, Eddie receives a call from Gloria.

She tells her partner that everything is going to plan, and it soon becomes clear Eddie is up to something…
