BBC EastEnders Sharon’s Keanu revenge ‘sealed’ after soap boss teases ‘Christmas miracle’

EastEnders’ Sharon Watts was left devastated to learn her son, Albie, was missing on Wednesday’s episode amid Keanu and Karen Taylor’s sinister plan.

During the latest episode, Keanu and Karen put their plan in action. Sharon remains unaware that partner Keanu is actually using her, getting payback for her limiting contact between him and his son after she planned to move to Abu Dhabi. Keanu is trying to steal everything she has including Albie, teaming up with his mother Karen.

On Wednesday, Keanu headed to Sharon’s to pick up Albie to take him to a birthday party, and after swiping the youngster’s passport, he planned to take him out of the country on booked flights. Meanwhile, an oblivious Sharon was left angry to learn from one of the other mums that Keanu made an excuse about the party to take Albie off elsewhere.

After learning Albie’s passport was missing, Sharon was left panicked as she called the police, fearing for her son’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, as Keanu attempted to leave the country with Albie, the youngster started crying, calling out for his mum, which Keanu left frustrated.

As Sharon desperately searched for Albie, she confronted Karen in Albert Square, saying: “He’s taken him out of the country, hasn’t he?” to which Karen replied: “And what if he has? He’s his son too! It ain’t nice, is it? Someone else calling all the shots!” After learning Sharon had called the police, Karen quickly tried to backtrack her comments. The protective mum then met up with Keanu, filling him in, to which Keanu admitted he couldn’t go through with the plan anymore.

Keanu then left Albie with Karen and rushed back to Walford, desperately trying to return the passport before the police showed up. But it was too late as when Keanu arrived, the police were already there. Sharon then wasted no time in confronting Keanu, demanding to know where her son is.

Keanu was quick to lie as he claimed: “I haven’t taken him, okay? We went to the park, instead [of the party], I thought he’d be back here. He was playing, I went for a second to get an ice cream, he kept going on about an ice cream… when I turned back, he was gone…” Sharon accused Keanu of lying before emotionally shouting: “No” over the shocking bombshell.

Viewers now think Sharon, when she realises Keanu’s plan, will get revenge on him. This winter time, Denise, Kathy, Linda, Sharon, Stacey and Suki are faced with a dead body, whose identity is yet to be revealed, with many fans speculating it could be Keanu’s and he’s killed by Sharon.

It comes as EastEnders boss, Chris Clenshaw, has revealed Whitney Dean and Zack Hudson will get a “Christmas miracle”. Whitney has been part of several explosive storylines during her time on the hit BBC one soap that have attracted strong reactions from viewers. Most recently Whitney went through a heartbreaking miscarriage with on-screen love interest Zack.

The market trader had to make the decision to terminate her pregnancy after finding out her unborn daughter was suffering from Edwards’ syndrome. Most babies with the condition will die before or shortly after they are born, according to the NHS.Since the heartbreaking scenes, the pair have been adamant they want to be parents again with the duo exploring fostering.

After EastEnders boss Chris teased a “Christmas miracle”, some viewers are wondering if it’s Albie as Zack is the youngster’s legal guardian, therefore meaning Sharon could kill Keanu this Christmas.

Taking to social media, one person said: “I hate to put this theory out there but Sharon’s been banging on alot about “what would happen to Albie if I wasn’t here anymore” which makes me think Sharon kills Keanu at Christmas because Albie would fall to Keanu? but if hes dead and Sharon is in prison for it?? #EastEnders” to which a different account replied: “Is this the Christmas miracle Whitney & Zack get? Zack gets to raise Albie?”
