As the video begins to circulate, Denzil is humiliated of his failure to help Yolande. When Nugget teases him over his lack of action, Denzil lashes out, forcing Priya to intervene.
Later, Ravi and Priya bring Nugget and Avani over to apologise to Denzel. Ravi then invites the boys to The Boxing Den to teach them to channel their emotions in a different way.
Amy tries to reassure Denzel about his standoff with Logan, but he becomes paranoid about not being buff enough.
At the Boxing Den, Denzel spars with Nugget but asks George if he can get in the ring with fighter Rufus.
Denzel tries to take things too far but George gives him a pep talk about managing his emotions and building his strength.
After sparring in the Den, Denzel becomes more interested in fitness videos. He soon faces the anger of Amy who accuses her boyfriend of neglecting her for his newfound interest.
She is then hurt when Denzel chooses to go to the gym instead of having dinner together at her house.
