EastEnders fans reveal chilling theory that ‘proves’ Jack Branning will die on Christmas Day
Two potential enemies for Jack have also been revealed so close to Christmas Day
EASTENDERS fans have a shared a chilling new theory about which Walford resident will be murdered on Christmas Day.
There’s only a week to go before EastEnders viewers will finally know the identity of the man seen laying dead on the Queen Vic floor during the flash-forward episode in February.
And which member of ‘The Six’ – made up of Stacey Slater, Denise Branning, Linda Carter, Suki Panesar, Sharon Watts and Kathy Cotton – is responsible for the death.
After recent events fans think it’s not looking good for Jack Branning, played by Scott Maslen.
It has been confirmed that in the New Year Jack’s daughter Penny [Kitty Castledine] will return to Albert Square for the first time in 15 years – and she’ll be joined by cousin Lauren [Jacqueline Jossa].
And one detail of the promo shot for their return has been pointed out.
One person wrote on social media: “I now think it’s Jack who’s dead on Christmas day in EastEnders.
“I think either Ravi or Nish try fighting the women, Jack steps in as a knight in shining armour but sadly dies.
“If he does that’s probably why Lauren & his daughter Penny come back wearing black.”
Another fan added that it’s been revealed Penny and Lauren will return “after hearing about what has happened at home”. They said: “Jack is the dead body, mark my words.”
And there could be two scorned women with motives after Jack’s behaviour last week.
Following a row with wife Denise [Diane Parish] over her previous hotel rendezvous with Ravi Gulati [Aaron Thiara], Jack ended up drunkenly sleeping with Stacey [Lacey Turner].
And in tonight’s episode not only does he give Stacey the cold shoulder but Jack also confesses to Denise that he was unfaithful.
While he doesn’t give Stacey’s name, it’s not long before Denise has put two and two together – leaving Jack with two potential enemies so close to Christmas Day.
