EastEnders hints at which of the killer Six will crack next amid eerie ending

EastEnders viewers have been watching with baited breath as The Six have tried to carry on as normal following the murder of Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) and its subsequent coverup on Christmas Day, wondering how long they will be able to hold it together.

So far, we’ve seen Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) slip up in her police interview, Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) abandoned her co-conspirators for a trip to Australia, Denise Fox (Diane Parish) hallucinating and Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) almost revealing all to Alfie Moon (Shane Richie).

However, recent scenes seemed to suggest that another member of The Six is set to crack next, and it may not be who you expect.

At the moment, Kathy, Stacey and Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) seem to be the ones in control of the situation and – despite that initial blip from Kathy – have managed to keep the others on the straight and narrow.

In tonight’s (February 1) episode, this unstoppable trio gathered together in the Queen Vic to toast Suki’s divorce – the first piece of good news they’ve had in a while, as Kathy quipped.

Though the fact that Suki had to hand over the café to Nish raised concerns among the group, they remained in relatively high spirits, until the arrival of Madame Tellerina.

As the psychic took to the stage, the trio shared concerned glances, though Stacey and Suki remained insistent that it was all a load of rubbish. Kathy, on the other hand, seemed to believe in the supernatural, explaining that old friend Ethel Skinner had had ‘the gift’.

As the women settled in for the night, their troubles behind them, we were given a glimpse into which one of them may be the next to crack.

While the crowd focused on Madame Tellerina, Stacey appeared to be staring at the spot at the bottom of the stairs where Keanu had been stabbed, with a distinct look of guilt on her face.

Things only got worse when a dishevelled Denise later arrived, and decided she wanted Madame Tellerina to dive into the murky shadows of her past.

This shook Kathy, Suki and Stacey up, especially when the psychic began to speak of a man buried deep underground. Just as Stacey was set to step in, there was relief as Madame Tellerina began mimicking a dog, proving she was phoney after all.

However, the whole experience was enough to rattle Stacey, who rushed out in pursuit of Denise to ask her what on earth she was playing at.

Denise explained that she would have to learn to live with what she’d done, just like the other five would, before leaving a wide-eyed Stacey alone on the street.

After heading home, Denise was quick to admit to daughter Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) that she needed to sort herself out, and would go to a doctor for help.

Unfortunately for Denise, things got even worse when she began to hallucinate Keanu in terrifying scenes.

Could Stacey be heading down the same path?
