EastEnders fans have been going absolutely crazy in the build up to the murder that is set to take place this Christmas, with The Six at the forefront of the major episode.

A flash forward episode that aired back in February teased a huge Christmas on the BBC soap, with one man falling victim to The Six – though his identity, and the way the events of the day play out, have been kept strictly under wraps.

Theories about what may be set to occur have been flying around all corners of the internet, and fans have been speculating for a while now that The Six may actually become The Seven, with another woman set to be involved in the dramatic murder.

Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal), Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth), Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), Denise Fox (Diane Parish) and Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) are all set to gather around the body in the Queen Vic, but eagle eyed viewers have spotted something interesting about the direction they are looking in, suggesting that there may be a seventh person out of camera shot.

Several names have already come up as suggestions over who The Seventh could be, from Sam Mitchell to Tracy the barmaid.

However, since the return of the iconic Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins), there have been several fans wondering if perhaps she may end up involved somehow.

Actress Michelle Collins has taken to Twitter/X to respond to some of these theories, but she isn’t giving very much away.

One fan shared a photo of themselves with five other EastEnders fans who had dressed up in The Six’s signature colours for a soaps themed night out, and made it clear that they thought there was someone missing from the line up.

‘We dressed in six colours and think Cindy should be the seventh!’ They wrote, tagging Michelle in the post.

Michelle’s response seemed to imply that Cindy had joined the show too late to be included in the storyline, though her response to another post left everyone guessing.

When the other fan said that they were convinced that Cindy is part of The Six, Michelle responded with a thinking emoji.

Could this be a hint towards Cindy’s involvement?

Having already hired a hitman against Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) in the past, it would certainly be within the realms of possibility for Cindy to be involved in another murder.

And given that Cindy’s return was planned almost a year in advance, there is every possibility that she had been considered for The Six way back then. Is Michelle just calling our bluff?
