There is huge danger ahead for the residents of Walford as a fire rips through the café in upcoming EastEnders scenes.

Rocky Cotton (Brian Conley) is left in a desperate situation when Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) continues to demand the repayments on his loan, and soon he has a dark idea to pull together the cash.

He confides in Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) that with the café already experiencing electrical faults, he plans to start a fire and claim the damages on the insurance.

Harvey warns him against the idea, but his threats to tell Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) everything fall on deaf ears, as Rocky goes ahead with his plan to start the fire.

At the café, he tampers with the electrics and soon manages to get a blaze going.

With the dastardly deed done, he heads off to Walford East to meet an unsuspecting Kathy for their date.

On the way, he is stopped by a suspicious Harvey, but remains tight-lipped over what he has just done. Harvey isn’t convinced.

While Rocky joins Kathy at the restaurant, Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) spots the fire inside the café and rushes to try and put it out.

He grabs a fire extinguisher and attempts to quell the flames, but he has no luck, and soon the fire is out of control.

Panicked Bobby is left in extreme peril as the fire suddenly explodes, trapping him inside the burning building, unconscious.

Will Bobby make it out alive, or will he fall victim to the flames? And will he be the only one?
