Sharon Receives Shocking Health Update, Alfie Opens Up To Kat

In the upcoming week on EastEnders, Walford will be reeling in the aftermath of the fire in Kathy’s cafe. When Keanu finds Sharon feeling disturbed about the incident he tries to make light of it, but falls flat. Ultimately, she changes the subject and asks him to propose her again so that they can go back to their wedding plans.

Later, the couple prepares to celebrate their new engagement at The Vic. However, Sharon gets a concerning call from the hospital. The hospital asks her to come over to discuss Alfie’s reports. The doctor gives Sharon and Keanu some shocking news and they agree to get themselves tested too. What could be wrong with Albie? Could it be some genetic disorder? Stay tuned to find out!

Speaking of health, there is another person going through severe health issues in Walford, Alfie Moon. EastEnders spoilers reveal that Alfie is back from Spain this week and heads to the hospital with Linda for his PSA results. Later, he meets Kat Mitchell, where she lashes at him for abandoning their sons yet again.

However, she immediately softens when he shares his PSA results with her. Phil walks in to find them together and the fear about his escapades with Emma spilling out cloud his mind. He worries that Alfie could tell Kat the truth. But when Phil asks him about it, Alfie assures him that he has no interest in exposing him as he has bigger problems of his own. But is that really true? Will Alfie really continue to keep beloved Kat in the dark about her cheating husband?

EastEnders Spoilers: Kathy Is Arrested For The Fire, Ian and Cindy Fall Apart

The Cafe fire completely rocks the Beale family during the week of November 13, 2023 on EastEnders. Cindy is quick to blame Kathy for the fire breaking out. Later, the police arrests Kathy and interrogates her through the night. Initially, Kathy refuses a solicitor. However, later realises that she perhaps should have opted for one.

Meanwhile, Harvey corners Rocky, and pushes him to come clean about starting the fire. Whether he relents or not is yet to be seen, but the spoilers reveal that the police eventually releases Kathy. Moreover, Ian later invites Kathy and Rocky to move back in with them. Would he really do that if he knew Rocky started the fire? This story just became all the more intriguing!

EastEnders spoilers reveal that Cindy will be livid over Ian and Kathy sharing a warm moment with each other. However, later she will try to bury the hatchet with Kathy upon George’s behest. Unfortunately, the peace won’t last long and Cindy will circle back to firing accusations at Cindy and the rest of the family. In a fit of rage she will also spill out some details about her meeting with George. This will stun Ian, and force him to wonder if there even is any point to his relationship with Cindy. Could this be the beginning of the end for him and Cindy all over again?

Elsewhere in Walford, Sonia empathises with Kathy over her fire related arrest. As the story unfolds, Reiss is shocked when he learns that back in day Sonia was arrested for murder on EastEnders. Ions ago, Sonia was falsely accused of murdering her once upon a time mother in law. However, as it turned out, the murderer was actually Pauline’s second husband Joe Macer. But when Reiss hears about it, he becomes finicky. Will this just end up creating newer problems for the couple?
