The Six have gone to extreme lengths to keep their murder secret hidden in EastEnders, but traumatised Denise Fox (Diane Parish) could be set to drop them all in it in upcoming scenes.

Denise has been really struggling since realising that her necklace had fallen into Keanu’s makeshift grave, putting her in the position of prime suspect should the body ever be found.

Though she begged the rest of The Six to help her dig it up again, they all refused, with Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) promising to frame her for the crime if she tried to do it herself.

This left Denise feeling totally isolated, and with no one in her family to turn to, she has slowly been spiralling out of control as panic and guilt has consumed her.

She is in such a state that by the time her birthday rolls around she has completely forgotten about it, and soon grows overwhelmed by her family’s celebrations.

Flustered, she rushes out, flanked by husband Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) who demands to know what is wrong.

Knowing that any slight slip-up could send all of The Six to prison for years, Denise is unable to open up, and her refusal to confide in Jack only drives a further wedge between them.

The family are left scared and confused by her erratic behaviour, and when Raymond later begs Denise to go back to being his mummy, she is struck by an overwhelming need to sort things out.

However, to do this, she decides she must tell detective Jack everything.

Will she go through with her plan, or will she continue to suffer in silence as her family grow more and more concerned?
