MELISSA Suffield has been praised by fans for showing off her “real body” in candid lingerie snaps.
The former EastEnders star, 30, took to Instagram to share to two photos taken 10 seconds part, showing her posing in floral-print underwear.
Actress Melissa, who previously starred as Lucy Beale in the BBC One soap, wrote: “Same body, same angle, 10 seconds apart.
“Just in case you needed a reminder of how much the tiniest, almost unnoticeable change can make a difference to how you see yourself and others.
“And so you can see how bonkers it is that we judge our bodies based on tiny fleeting moments.
“And how harshly we do it too. One bad photo, the wrong angle, an awkward shadow, all having the potential to ruin our day.”
Melissa added: “This is your proof that sure, maybe the camera doesn’t lie – but it does only offer a split second of truth.”
Fans rushed to comment on the upload, praising Melissa for the honest post.

Melissa is often praised by fans for her body positivity posts and recently hit out at “bounce back” culture after having her son River in 2020.
The former soap star played Lucy during the character’s rebellious teenage years, making on-screen dad Ian Beale’s life hell by drinking, smoking, becoming pregnant and even going missing.
But she left in 2010 amid rumours bosses weren’t impressed with her off-screen behaviour and attitude outside work after she was spotted in a London nightclub while underage.
