HOT NEWS: BBC EastEnders viewers ‘work out’ real Christmas killer – and it’s ‘none of The Six’

EastEnders viewers think someone unexpected will be revealed as the killer on Christmas Day.

Despite there being six known suspects who are all at the scene of the crime, some fans have questioned whether a major twist could change everything. A female character not named as a suspect and barely even seen in scenes linked to the big storyline has now been tipped to end up being the killer this Christmas.

Viewers of the BBC soap know that a mystery male character dies at Christmas, as teased in a flashforward clip in February. Since this scene aired, there’s been all kinds of clues as to what happens, who dies and who the killer is, but nothing has been confirmed.

What we do know is that Suki Panesar, Linda Carter, Sharon Watts, Denise Fox, Stacey Slater and Kathy Beale are all at the scene of the crime, and one of The Six will likely be the killer. But that hasn’t stopped some fans thinking an unnamed woman will actually be the murderer in a twist.

We now know that the victim is likely to be one of seven men, despite theories predicting a double death or a secret victim. It’s thought either Dean Wicks, Phil Mitchell, Keanu Taylor, Jack Branning, Rocky Cotton, Nish Panesar or Ravi Gulati will die in the big scenes.

After the latest episode saw Queen Vic barmaid and soap legend Tracey speaking once more, fans are now wondering if she will be linked to the big episodes. Tracey famously very rarely speaks on the show despite featuring in a number of scenes, so when she does get a script line fans love it.

In the latest episode she was heard shouting out to the Knights, and now fans are wondering if she could accidentally walk in on the commotion on Christmas Day, leading to her possibly killing the mystery man. Taking to X, one fan wrote: “just thought of it what if tracey walks in and sees dean try to hurt linda and kills him that would be the biggest shocker in eastenders.”

Another agreed: “My god if Tracey was the killer and the women protect her because she is part of the furniture in Eastenders. I would absolutely lose my s**t and vow to watch until I died.”
