1. Commitment to Intellectual Property
Anotamos, Inc. (“Anotamos,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”) values the creative and commercial efforts of all rights-holders. Every trademark, copyright, logo, product photograph, specification, and text that appears on www.anotamos.com is shielded by United States and international intellectual-property statutes. Nothing presented on our website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise exploited without the prior, written consent of the rightful owner.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users, partners, and vendors are expressly prohibited from listing, uploading, advertising, or selling any content or merchandise that infringes another party’s:
- copyrights
- trademarks or service marks
- publicity or privacy rights
- design patents, trade dress, or other proprietary interests
Any attempt to bypass or defeat these protections violates this Policy and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, as well as referral to the appropriate authorities.
3. Reporting IP Infringements (DMCA / Trademark)
If you believe material or products on our Site violate your intellectual-property rights, please submit a written “IP Infringement Notice” containing all of the following elements:

This procedure satisfies the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) for copyright complaints and provides a parallel mechanism for trademark claims.
4. Our Response
- Acknowledgement – We confirm receipt of complete notices within two (2) business days and assign a reference ID.
- Investigation – The Legal Department reviews the claim promptly; if the allegation appears valid, we will disable or remove access to the disputed content or listing.
- Notification & Counter-Notice – When content is user-supplied, the submitting party will be informed and, for copyright removals, may file a valid DMCA counter-notice. If such a counter-notice is received, we may restore the material unless the complaining party seeks a court order within ten (10) business days.
- Resolution – You will be notified of the final action taken.
5. Repeat-Infringer Policy
Accounts or storefronts responsible for repeated, confirmed violations may be permanently terminated at Anotamos’s sole discretion.
6. False or Misleading Claims
Knowingly submitting false, spurious, or materially misleading infringement notices can subject the claimant to legal liability, including damages and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) or comparable trademark statutes.
