We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order gets to you as safely and efficiently as possible. These include:

- EMS
- Local postal services (depending on the destination)
Orders are processed after your payment is confirmed.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Business Days: Monday through Friday
Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (EST), GMT -05:00
Daily Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on U.S. Postal Holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Presidents’ Day (February 17, 2025)
- Memorial Day (May 26, 2025)
- Independence Day (July 4, 2025)
- Labor Day (September 1, 2025)
- Thanksgiving Day (November 27, 2025)
- Christmas Day (December 25, 2025)

Please Note:
Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
All time frames are estimates and may be impacted by unforeseen carrier delays. Once your package is in transit, delays are out of our control.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
Tracking Your Order
Here’s how the tracking process works:
- Step One: You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is successful.
- Step Two: Within 1–2 business days, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number.
- Step Three: You can track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page.
Keep in mind:
- It may take 3–7 days for your package to be scanned by the carrier.
- If no tracking updates appear, it’s likely the carrier has not yet processed your parcel.

Custom Orders & Personalization
Some items take longer to prepare. If your order includes customization or personalization, additional time will be needed to complete the design. The timeframe depends on the complexity of your request.
Your delivery estimate will begin after the customization is complete.
Where We Ship (and Don’t)
At this time, we ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International locations
Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Here’s why:
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed.
- If a parcel is returned to sender due to address issues, it will be disposed of by our carrier’s warehouse.
- A re-shipping fee will apply if you want the item resent.
Anotamos is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer input
- Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery
- Issues caused by forwarding or redirecting a parcel after it has left our facility
Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. It saves time and trouble later.
