BBC EastEnders Eve Unwin star ‘confirms’ Nish Panesar dies this Christmas with latest post
Heather Peace - who plays the recently returned Eve Unwin on EastEnders - has fuelled speculation Nish Panesar will be the one who dies this Christmas with her latest post on social media
Heather Peace has fuelled speculation Nish Panesar will be the dead body on EastEnders this Christmas.
There has been much discussion about which Walford male will meet his grisly end early next week on Christmas Day, as Sharon Watts prepares to marry Keanu Taylor. There are seven men currently at risk of dying – including Jack Branning, Ravi Gulati, Phil Mitchell, Keanu Taylor, Rocky Cotton, Dean Wicks and villainous Nish Panesar.
However, it looks like Eve star Heather Peace has seemingly confirmed that Nish will be the one who dies this Christmas after her most recent social media post – just days before the big reveal airs.

In a new social media post, Heather posted a video of her singing with Peter Beale star Thomas Law and Felix Baker star Matthew Morrison, with the group singing a sweet version of festive track O Holy Night.
However, it was the comment alongside the video that has fuelled speculation Nish must be the one who dies this Christmas. Alongside the clip, she wrote: “We wrapped for Xmas on @bbceastenders. We love a jamming session so we had a jam in the stairwell. It put us well & truly in the Christmas spirit:) @Thomaslaw92 @matt_james_morr Happy holidays!”
Whilst she doesn’t directly name any killer or victim, Heather’s post suggests she is still filming as Eve on EastEnders. In recent scenes, Nish has vowed to make sure Suki and Eve never end up together – at whatever means is necessary.
Confirming she’s still filming, does this mean Nish ends up in prison for his crimes – or even dead? Surely Nish won’t let her survive and be with his wife Suki, so is this the biggest hint yet that Nish is the one to be killed this Christmas?
Actor Navin Chowdhry – who plays Nish – had previously teased that his character would definitely turn “nuclear” when Nish finds out about Suki’s betrayal with Eve. We saw the scenes just a few weeks ago when Nish tried to kill Eve over the affair.
“When Nish finds out, I think it’s going to be absolutely nuclear. It’s going to be awful on so many levels. In his own head, he feels betrayed, cheated lied to and humiliated,” he explained to us of how it all might play out, “A narcissist like Nish can’t cope with that kind of stuff happening to him. I think, expect some big things if or when he comes out.”
Could this finally be the end of Nish Panesar – or will he be able to live in Walford alongside Suki and her new woman?
