Inside Matt Di Angelo’s real life with stunning wife & baby twins ahead of explosive EastEnders Christmas murder
The star has appeared in the soap in two previous stints
EASTENDERS actor Matt Di Angelo made a sensational BBC comeback this October – but his home away from Walford is just as impressive.
Soap fans were left stunned when his legendary villain character Dean Wicks made his EastEnders return – with a twisted Halloween warning for Linda Carter.
Dean had raped Linda after becoming obsessed with her in 2014, and before she had chance to say anything he warned her twice: “Don’t scream.”
Since his comeback the villain has gone on to terrorise Linda, blackmailing her into saying that she lied about the attack.
This has led fans to speculate that he might be killed off in the EastEnders’ much talked-of Christmas murder mystery storyline.
In a flash forward the soap revealed that a mystery man will be killed on the festive day this year, and six of Walford’s beloved matriarchs are suspects.
Before his comeback a source hinted: “Dean is the ultimate villain so to bring him back was a genius move especially with everything that’s coming up this autumn.
“There’s also the small matter of the big murder at Christmas, could it be Dean’s body under the tree?
“We know that Linda is one of the women involved, and this just throws another name in the mix. It’s a very exciting time.”
Yet away from the Albert Square antics, Matt, 36, has a stunning home to kick back and relax in, which he shares with his party planner wife Sophia and their kids.
He gave a glimpse of the property’s stunning grounds in an Instagram video for their twins’ gender reveal last year.
It showed a pretty stone patio with outdoor seating perfect for entertaining.
A row of perfectly-manicured trees and bushes could be seen in the background of the tranquil space.
Indoors, there’s a huge kitchen space with wooden flooring.
There’s black cupboards lining the walls and perfect for storage while a huge white fridge is ideal for tasty treats.
A plant also takes centre stage to bring the greenery indoors.
Meanwhile, the family’s cat also makes an appearance, sitting on top of a wooden door in a cosy room with dark blue walls.
Matt also showed his DIY skills as he showcased two bunk beds for his kids.
His video showcased the beds being built in a bright white room with skylights, while also giving a glimpse at a trendy living space.
Artwork adorned the walls as well as a huge circle-shaped mirror.
Matt played Dean in EastEnders for two years between 2006 and 2008.
He returned to Walford for another two-year stint between 2014 and 2016, before making his third comeback this week.
