39 EastEnders pictures confirm another tragic death as The Six’s nightmare escalates
EastEnders packs the punches next week when The Six return to Walford so sneak a peek of all the drama in Metro’s new picture gallery, featuring a whopping 39 images of what’s to come.
The BBC One soap has been firing on all cylinders for months now, with the festive period proving particularly eventful as the aforementioned Six women claimed the life of Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters).
The icons and legends have struggled in the aftermath of what they did, particularly Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) who has since fallen off the wagon, and things become even more complicated next week, as seen in my gallery above.
The Queen Vic landlady returns to the Square to find builders outside the cafe, ready to start work.
The establishment, which went up in smoke last year, iswhere Keanu’s remains are buried and thus Linda struggles to maintain her composure, worried her killer secret will out.
Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) and Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) are on hand to sort the situation out, having a word with the builders and convincing them to down their tools for the time being, while Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) tends to panicked Linda, hoping to convince her to keep her cool.
The Six, however, are soon facing another ordeal as, with limited time to cover their tracks, they join forces to move Keanu’s corpse to another location.
Will they manage to do so successfully? or are they about to get caught out?
That remains to be seen, but Linda’s torment continues throughout the week, with Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) set to find out that Annie is her biological sister.
Struggling to cope, the matriarch once again seeks solace in the booze, leaving Denise Fox (Diane Parish) worried that their secret will be exposed at any given moment.
Other developments during the week in question see Sam Mitchell (Kim Medcalf) on a mission on behalf of her brother Phil (Steve McFadden), who is otherwise preoccupied when he receives word of Aunt Sal’s death, which prompts him to speak to Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) over access to Albie, who is his son.
It’s going to be quite a week in Walford.
EastEnders airs these scenes between Monday, January 8 and Thursday, December 11 at 7:30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
