EastEnders Nish death ‘sealed’ in whodunnit twist – but it’s not The Six who kill him
EastEnders Nish Panesar has made plenty of enemies in Walford but fans reckon he could be killed off in an epic whodunnit storyline - and viewers have sussed out who could murder him
EastEnders’ Nish Panesar could be set for a shock death on the soap as fans are certain he will be involved in a whodunnit storyline.
The villain, played by Navin Chowdhry, rocked up to Walford back in 2022. And since then, the businessman has caused nothing but drama in the famous square.
In recent episodes, he has been terrorising his soon-to-be ex-wife Suki Panesar – hinting that he knew what really went down at The Vic on Christmas Day. Fans will recall that Nish was bashed over the head by Denise Fox after he tried to drag Suki out of the pub.
Nish ended up unconscious, but things took a harrowing turn when Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) rocked up and nearly killed his wife Sharon Watts. But in a shock twist, and in self-defence, Sharon’s best mate Linda Knight (Kellie Bright) stabbed Keanu.
Suki, Sharon, Linda, and the rest of The Six, Stacey Slater, Kathy Beale and Denise Fox, then covered up the murder by burying Keanu’s body under the cafe. And the ladies have been on edge ever since.
Nish has since woken up from a coma and has headed back to Walford – where he has become determined to figure out the truth. He has even struck up a relationship with Kat Slater – much to the horror of her family and friends. And in episodes this week, Nish has started playing more games with his ex-wife and The Six.
Now, fans are certain that Nish will get what’s coming to him by getting killed off in a huge whodunnit storyline. And viewers reckon they know who’s going to be the murderer.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, one person said: “I’m convinced we are heading for a Who Killed Nish storyline over the next few months.
“Let’s face it there will be plenty of people with motives, the six for obvious reasons, Phil for him taking Kat away from him. Kat once she discovers what he’s really like and Eve.”

A second chimed in and agreed: “I think they will do a who killed nish storyline leading up to the 40th and Kat will be the killer as Nish is currently making a lot of enemies.” Someone else thinks Kat could kill Nish off too and penned: “She will probably team up with The Six and take him down.”
A fourth penned: “I think a whodunnit could be on the cards and the way Nish is going. Literally it could well be anyone of the square.” A fifth wrote: “My money is on Kat.”
