BBC EastEnders fans rumble what’s wrong with Albie in horrifying health twist
Sharon and Keanu got a worrying call about their son Albie on EastEnders this week and fans are convinced they know what the doctors will tell them
EastEnders fans have worked out what’s wrong with Albie in a horrifying twist for Sharon and Keanu.
Sharon has been increasingly concerned about her son Albie after the hospital carried out some tests on him following the kidnapping. Worried for him, she has been keeping an extra close eye on him, leaving Keanu feeling a little put out. Sharon was devastated when her son was kidnapped, unaware that the whole thing had been orchestrated by Keanu and his mum Karen.
On tonight’s episode, Sharon got a call from the hospital to say she needed to come back in to chat to them about Albie’s test results, leaving Keanu horrified as he reassured her that everything would be ok with their son.

Viewers are convinced they know what’s wrong with him, and believe the kid could have been swapped at birth. One viewer wrote: “I wonder IF Albie was accidentally swapped at birth and that isn’t Keanu and Sharon’s biological son, but someone else’s?!” as another guessed: “We know Sharon had a DNA test done to check if Phil was the father, so could he be someone else’s.”
Sharon and Keanu are now back together ahead of the big Christmas episode, which will see one man murdered on Sharon’s wedding day. Recent spoiler photos from filming confirmed the pair were back together and tying the knot, whilst Keanu got down on one knee and proposed to Sharon this week, with the pair now back together for good.
The pair got back together after the stress of the kidnapping last week. Sharon was emotional as she told Keanu: “I’m not going to take Albie away from you,” as he broke down in tears and told Sharon he loved her.

“I didn’t know I did, but, yeah, it’s true,” Keanu said, “It’s true. God, I’m so sorry.” When Sharon told him he had nothing to be sorry for, they both cried before sharing a kiss, confirming they were back together.
Danny Walters, who plays Keanu, previously teased there were “heartbreaking” and “fiery” scenes ahead.
“It’s going to be fiery, on and off, passionate, heartbreaking, a rollercoaster of a ride. Working with Letitia Dean, the queen, she is incredible. We’ve enjoyed it, so I hope the fans also enjoy our journey,” he shared recently, and when asked about the future of his character, he added: “To be honest, I play things in the moment, with the character right now he’s involved in some complicated and twisted, deep stuff with Sharon and other members of the cast. I don’t know what is going to happen with Keanu but I’m enjoying it.”
