BBC EastEnders drops final Christmas trailer as ‘desperate’ Suki Panesar flees the Vic
EastEnders have dropped its final trailer ahead of Christmas as a 'desperate' Suki Panesar appears to be feeling the Queen Vic - and potentially Walford - amid the huge Christmas death
EastEnders have dropped the sixth and final trailer ahead of the Christmas Day murder.
Fans have been on the edge of the seat waiting for Suki Panesar’s trailer, which was posted online this evening after Nish tried to kill Eve in a shocking turn of events. Having learned the truth of Eve and Suki’s long standing affair, Nish saw red and hit Eve over the head with a bottle in Walford East, with fans fearful she has died.
With Nish being Suki’s expected target this Christmas, it is unsurprising to see the final trailer being released tonight. Alongside the video, the official Twitter account simply wrote: “In a flash, everything changes…”
Fans rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts on the final trailer. We have already had Denise’s – which was about her affair with Ravi being exposed – whilst Linda’s was when her rapist Dean Wicks returned. Kathy’s trailer was posted when Rocky set fire to the café for the insurance and nearly killed her grandkids, whilst Stacey’s appeared when Theo Hawthorne’s stalking got worse. Sharon’s appeared around the time of the kidnapping and her rekindling her romance with Keanu.

One fan wrote: “Bet she’s running to Eve [who’s she’s just found out is ALIVE]!” whilst a second added: “I believe that this trailer is symbolism that Suki is going to abandon the Panesar clan and go after her one true soulmate, the woman she wills to spent her everlasting days will for eternity Eve! #EastEnders #Sukeve.” A third added: “WHERE IS SHE RUNNING TO THATS THE QUESTION.”
Actress Balvinder Sopal – who plays Suki – previously spoke of the “honour” of working with the other five women.
“I mean they are legends, and like I say it’s a real honour and privilege to work with women that have been on the show for such a long time who are strong, powerful, exciting, beautiful, fiery women who carry the show. And to be a part of that yourself – it’s really great to be included with icons like that. So, I’m really looking forward to how it all pans out,” she said.

Giving her verdict on who it might be, she shared: “There’s so many people. I think it could have been any one of the six women involved, they’ve all got a motive. I would like it to be Suki, because I think it adds an extra dangerous element to her but who knows. In terms of who meets their fate, it could literally be anyone.
“I think it could be Keanu, it could be Rocky, it could be Nish, it could be somebody who hasn’t been in the show for a long time, it could be somebody new who comes in. And I think maybe all of the women might be involved.”
