Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) took drastic action against husband Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) in recent EastEnders scenes after discovering just how much he really knows about her relationship with Eve Unwin (Heather Peace).
Last month, Nish found footage of Suki and Eve kissing on CCTV and was quick to come up with a revenge plan, tricking Eve into meeting him at Walford East and instructing Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) to kill her.
Since then, Eve has failed to reappear or make contact with anyone, leaving both Suki and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) worried.
Of course, we know that Eve is still out there somewhere, very much alive, but the same can’t be said for Suki and Stacey, who have just made a huge discovery.
After a delivery of flowers arrived for Stacey that were supposedly from Eve, both Suki and Stacey grew suspicious. This was because the flowers were sent from a shop in Bradford – somewhere Eve swore she would never go back to.
Having told Stacey to report the flowers and the note that had been left with them to Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), Suki returned home to do some work, and soon stumbled upon some incriminating evidence.
When her laptop ran out of charge, she had no option but to use Nish’s, and when she opened up the internet, his search history caught her attention.
As she noticed searches for flower shops in Bradford, she was hit with a terrifying realisation: Nish had sent the flowers, so he must no about her affair with Eve.
Horrified, Suki reported her findings back to Stacey, who tried her best to remain positive that Eve was still out there somewhere, alive.
Suki on the other hand was almost totally defeated, pointing out that Eve would never leave her alone with abusive Nish knowing that he knows about their affair without finding some way to get a message to her, unless she physically couldn’t.
Devastated Stacey soon revealed just how much Eve meant to her, and was quick to announce that she wanted to do whatever it would take to hurt Nish the most.
Though she was quick to backtrack, her sentiments had clearly struck a chord with Suki, who told Stacey to trust her as the Slater matriarch warned her not to do anything stupid.
Arriving at the surgery, Suki sent Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) away and soon let herself into the medicine cabinets, stealing a handful of pills.
